Peace to all
I’m Nicchaeus Doaks, I was born in Nashville Tennessee but raised in the small rural town of Trenton Tennessee. I was adopted at a young age so growing up with this curiosity of trying to figure other people out, wanting to fit in, trying to find my own way. I turned to sports to be a guide. Which led me to be a very decorated high school basketball player, which allowed me to receive a full athletic scholarship to the University of Tennessee a Chattanooga.
In college I learned that there is no such thing as coincidence, it’s all part of a divine plan. I earned a degree in psychology and receive the opportunity to pursue a professional basketball career, a childhood dream came true.
My path led me to traveling abroad to play professionally for 11 seasons in many different countries.
The Ebbs & flows of being an athlete. Battling with trauma, performance anxiety, identity crisis. This experience allow me to see myself, forced me to turn inward and develop practices to promote my overall well being.
My life after sports has allow me to cultivate these practices and offer them as a services to help others

"Life has taught me that our deepest questions are often our greatest invitations. I spent years searching for where I belonged, believing the journey was about proving myself. What I discovered instead is that every experience, every challenge, every victory, and every season of uncertainty was guiding me back to myself. Peace is not something we find when life becomes perfect. It is something we cultivate when we learn to trust the path, embrace the present, and honor who we are becoming. When we turn inward with intention, we realize that healing, purpose, and fulfillment have been within us all along."
